Posidon Nasal Irrigator replacement nozzles

Bought the irrigator a month and a half ago. Within 3 weeks the nozzle broke while using it daily, and customer service told me that they sell replacement nozzles and not send for warranty. I could have just returned it and purchased another one but I am not a douche. So I used the replacement and it broke same day as well as the water reservoir did not lock in place anymore so I contacted them for warranty with their website stating their warranty procedures and they are replacing it this time as a one time courtesy, Anyways I enjoy using it and breathe very well now but the product is subpar in engineering to last and not break with daily use. Thank you

I needed a replacement for the tube in the nasal irrigator. They don’t have it separately on their website so I contacted them. They sent one without charge. It didn’t fit. So they solved that problem at once and generously. Great company and great product!!
