Return + Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping with ToiletTree Products! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it: for any reason, no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and we will reply with a return authorization number.
We always offer free shipping when you initially purchase your item, because of this we hope you understand that you will be responsible for paying shipping costs back to us if you decide to return your item. However, we are happy to provide you with a printable shipping label and the cost of shipping will simply be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive your credit as soon as possible, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Defective or Damaged Items
We always stand behind the quality of our products! In the rare case you have received a defective item or an item damaged during shipment, please email us at email@example.com and we will fix the situation at no cost to you! Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Please refer to your product packaging for your specific product warranty coverage. All of our products include a minimum 365 day warranty. This warranty protects the product against manufacturing defects. As any store would require, if you are looking to replace a defective product that is under warranty, we require that you still possess the product and are able to send it back to us before a replacement is issued (we will provide a free shipping label in this situation). If the product is disposed of before contacting us, we will be unable to honor the warranty, even if it was purchased less than 365 days ago.
Dropping a product and having it break would not be covered by warranty, however we do offer replacement parts for sale on many of our products that may help you fix the problem instead of purchasing an entirely new unit.
