LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

ToiletTree Products Inc. (“ToiletTree”) warrants that its products (“Products”) will be free from manufacturing defects for 365 days from the date of purchase or date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase). Some products have a longer warranty period which will be clearly noted during the purchase process. Because ToiletTree cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from ToiletTree or a ToiletTree authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law.  ToiletTree reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.  If you have any questions about whether a seller is authorized, call us at 1-(888)-251-0985 (10am-3pm EST) or email us at info@toilettree.com.  This warranty is limited to the original, end-user purchaser in the United States.   

This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.  For example, dropping a product and having it break would not be covered by our warranty.  Please see our “replacement parts” section below.  

Warranty Claim Process: 

Purchasers of Products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a Product defect must complete the “File a Warranty Claim” form. You will be required to explain the claimed defect and furnish proof of purchase demonstrating when and where you purchased your Product.  You may also be asked for photographs of your product or be instructed to mail your product to us.  If instructed to mail your product to us, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.   

Remedies Under This Warranty: 

ToiletTree will repair or replace a defective Product that is covered by this warranty or will refund the purchase price of the Product in the event Company is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made. 

Disclaimers: 

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein.  ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.  Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TOILETTREE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR STRICT LIABILITY.  Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. 

For Non-Warranty Repairs or Parts: 

We do offer replacement parts for sale on many of our products that may help you fix the problem instead of purchasing an entirely new unit in the event your product is not covered by the limited warranty.
